From our classic matcha latte to strawberry matcha made with house-made strawberry purée, each drink is prepared with care and inspired by Japanese culture.

Our Story

The Matcha Lab started with a simple idea: bring authentic Japanese matcha lattes to the ASU community while using each cup to create meaningful connections.

For us, matcha is more than a drink. Through our campus pop-ups, we partner with student organizations and give a portion of sales back to help support their activities and initiatives.

By enjoying a matcha, students can discover Japanese matcha culture, connect with others on campus, and support the organizations that make our community stronger.
